Reports Bundle and hosted server

I downloaded the reports bundle and followed the steps to upload it to PS. I did it via the PS Adminstrator -- Import/Export and picked the zip file I downloaded to upload.

I am unable to see any of the customizations. I made sure that customizations were active and resynced the customizations. Because we are hosted, am I missing a step?
