Seating Chart in Version 9

We recently updated to version 9. Teachers are now receiving an error message (Alert: Security Violation Logged. Attempted to run an unauthorized action. The activity has been logged). Is there an update that needs to be uploaded in order for the seating chart to work in version 9?

we are hosted and on 9.2.2. I installed the seating charts a year ago or so and now my teachers are telling me that they are not working. I want to un-install the seating charts, but need to know which files I need to remove (or any specific code to remove)
