What group permissions are required for PSCB Attendance Reports?

We have a truancy officer who we would like to be able to run/see attendance reports. He is able to get as far as the selections page, but then there is no "submit" button to run the report.

I am guessing this has something to do with permissions. He already has group access to the attendance page and others.

Does anyone know what permissions I would need to give him so that he can run the reports?
