Teacher Free report (within PowerScheduler)

Forums:

We use the Teacher Free report (under the Scheduling tab) for the live side quite a bit. We have a need to produce a report/file on Teacher Free for the scheduled classes starting in September, but right now , this report only works for the live side.

Does anybody know of a way to get all teacher free data for next years schedule in PowerScheduler?

I'm finishing up the scheduling update for the CRB and it will have a Future Schedule version of this.

However, in the meantime you can always run the built in report.
PowerScheduler > Reports > Unscheduled Teachers

This report shows who is free each period. Not exactly what you're looking for but it will give you some info to help.

Thank you! Yes, we are using the Unscheduled Teachers report right now, but it's difficult as we have to keep rerunning each time we want to see a different day/period.
