Student Activities

How do I not activity detail for specific students such as Student body president, lead in Fall musical, Valedictorian, etc. I cannot see any detail for activities and once an activity is created, such as Fall play, it appears on all students, just no checkmark for those not involved. This is very cluttered.

Any help is appreciated.
