Reordering the term columns on the historical grade page

It was good to chat with you at PSUG Orlando. Here's the enhancement request I spoke to you about:

The historical grade columns get alphabetized in the way that they are presented on the historical grade page. This results in much confusion when students and parents look at this page. On the quick lookup page it is possible to reorder those columns to match the order in which those terms occur on the calendar. It would be great to have the order of the columns on the historical grade page be modifiable or at least to have the order of the columns match the order in which they are presented on the quick lookup screen.

So in the case of my school I would like to change the default alpha order from:
E1 E2 F1 S1 S2 Y1 Y2

to:
S1 E1 Y1 S2 E2 Y2 F1
which is the order they appear on our report cards and the quick lookup page.
