Remove old Attendance Today

When I try to install the newer One Stop Attendance plug in it gives me an error stating that file already exists. I had previously installed the Attendance Today customization but it does not show up as a plugin. How can I get ride of the old customization so I can install the plug-in.

I would also like to remove the old attendance today files. Is there a list of the custom files that I need to remove from my CPM?
