Looking to Pull Reports based on Log Entry and Parent Contact by Teacher

I have had a request from an admin to pull reports for teachers showing their parent contact for students throughout the year. Currently our custom reports are custom bundle 3.4.0. so I think I need to upgrade but after doing so, is their a report that I can pull that will provide me with the information that this admin is looking for? Please help.
