Installing SQL4 Reports Tab

Hi,

We are a hosted client and I downloaded the SQL4 Reports zip file from PowerSource. (we did not have the SQL4 reports tab prior to this, but do have custom reports)

I followed the instructions as best I could and have the tab showing under System Reports in PowerSchool. However, the tab doesn't work--with the following error message: The page you requested could not be found on this server. (Error 404)

I also notice that in PS Administrator-under Custom Pages--sqlReports4.zip and sqlReports478.zip (tried both in desperation) show up as FILES under Admin not FOLDERS.

Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

If you installed the plugin, have you made sure to enable the plugin via the System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration Select the checkbox next to the SQLreports4 portion answer the yes/no, then check the page again.
