Error messages when installing PlugIn

I am getting the following error messages when trying to install the EPP PlugIn.
Any ideas of an easy way to fix this?

You need to go into those
You need to go into those folders using cpm and delete the files it says it already has. Then the plugin will load correctly.

Where are the folders?
Hello, Do you know where I can see the web_root files so I can uninstall them in order to install the new EPP Plugin. Thanks so much.

Where are the web_root files located?
I'm in PS Admin, on Custom Pages. I cannot find anything that says "web_root/guardian/......"
I only see guardian/
