Dynamic vs. Static Custom Menu

I have the most recent bundle installed, and can see in Setup (District > Start Page > Reports > Reports (Custom) > PDS Setup) that I'm using the Dynamic Report Bundle Menu. I have since added two new custom attendance reports, and can't figure out how to make them show up on the menu, nor do I know how to toggle dynamic & static options. Can anyone help? Thanks.

To add a Dynamic report go to System Manager admin/reports, click on the tab you want to add the report under ex. Fees and add the .html coded report.

To answer your second question, click on system reports, then custom reports. At the bottom you will see a box that says dynamic, click on this and the reports will be in static view (takes about 10 seconds). To switch back to Dyanmic view click on "PDS Setup" and in the drop down choose Dynamic and click submit. Note though the Static reports are not updated and do not contain all reports as Dynamic. In order to see all reports in static, you have to go to system management and then admin/reports/customreports_static and add the files.
