I downloaded a new version of the Birthday List, as a test, and installed the new version. Rebuilt custom page links & it still doesn't load/finish loading. :(
When I load the html page in Dreamweaver, I get an Exclamation (error) that reads:
'The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
Server model SSI.htm: has configuration information that is invalid. SpryWidget.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.'
not sure if that's a clue to what the problem could be?
FIXED!!!!!!!!!! :)
I copied all the contents from the new Custom Reports Bundle into the respective folders, ie. script, javascripts, includes & ta-da! WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have a similar issue in our array setting. On our test version (single application) this never happens, it only happens on the array setup. In Dynamic View, the custom reports page loads upon first clicking the tab. If we select any other tab on the same level (system) (setup) (custom dashboards) tabs, then click 'custom reports' tab we get the following error "loading reports (spinning) Failed to retrieve report list response status: parsererror".
If logged in as group 9, we can click on rescan reports and then the page loads. However, our secretaries are not in group 9, and therefore, they can't click on 'rescan reports' thus, the page will not load for them. Is there a reason why group 9 can only rescan reports? If all groups could click on the rescan reports button, then we wouldn't' have an issue.
We tried switching to Static view, however, in static view not all the reports show up, so static view is not an option. Unless we go in and edit the code to add the other reports. Why do you not update static view?
We have the most current version of custom reports installed 3.4.2
We are encountering the same issue outlined above.
Alert: Failed to retrieve report list.
Response Status: parsererror
This has been an intermittent issue for us. Different users at different access levels have encountered the problem including a PowerSchool Administrator.

Brand new to Power School. I have got the Reports Bundle loaded. Can't see the reports under Custom Reports, but I can get to them through the URL, any thoughts?
in IE, at certain zoom levels, there is a huge space between the header bar and the report list. If you scroll down a lot, do you see the list of reports?
Thank you for responding. That does not seem to be our issue. This is my first time trying to load anything at all, I feel as though I must have missed a step but I have gone through the directions thoroughly.
Brand new to Power School. I have got the Reports Bundle loaded, but it over writes existing Custom Reports created by the Dept. of Education (not a good thing)
If there a way to add a new tab to the screen and place Customs Reports from PDS into that tab?
Yes. In fact I have on my to-do list to add in a tab for South Carolina since they have an extra tab for their state as well. If you want to send me your pre-reports bundle version I can try to work it in. Also does it only show up for your province?
Last year at LV conference, I loaded the "Big Registration Page" custom page. This year when I went back to LV conference, I loaded 4 more custom pages in the lab. I did not notice until I got back that the big registration page disappeared from my students. It is no longer a selection under the information section on the left side of the student screen. I checked in my custom pages and it is there. I then did a quick edit and republished the page. That did not bring the page back. I then went and migrated all custom pages. That also did not bring it back. Can you give me a solution to this problem? Thank you.

Sometimes it works, though! My users are also reporting this problem with increasing frequency.

Re: Custom page not loading
I would make sure Customization is enabled, the files are in the correct location and if that doesn't work call support.
