Add 2 Custom fields to PowerTeacher Pro Students

Would anyone be able to share how I can pull data from two custom fields in PS to show in PTP? The table is U_DEF_EXT_STUDENTS. Any help on how to reference that table within html would be greatly appreciated!

I have a plugin I can use as a template that will be "linked from students".
