Filter or Option to Export Selection
Is there a plan to upgrade this so we can filter by Grade level and export the incidents with type, data, student, etc or create a parameter to allow for a selection of students?
I have administrators who want to be able to look at a selection of students and run this report.

Is there a way to may this work to show with the new Ethnicity codes?

The report uses the Scheduling Ethnicity field. You will need to populate that field if you want to see ethnicity totals.
An update using Federal Ethnicity codes has been added to the PSCB enhancement list.

No results for some groups
I've installed the incident reports and I can run them. Those in other roles can run the report, but they get no results for students who do have incidents. I tried modifying the export edit access in the user role to include all incident categories (Start Page > System Administrator > Roles Administration > User Access Roles > Edit User Access Role), but that did not work. I went into the group setup and the group tied to the role does have access to incidents. What am I missing?

Suspension List Report
With PowerSchool versions greater than 20.11.3 It seems that the Suspension List report is only looking at local suspensions. PA State reportable suspensions are not being pulled into the report. Since that is a valuable report to make sure any student that was suspended is being reported to the state it would be helpful to include state reportable suspensions in the report. Servers on 20.11.1 and prior pull the correct suspended students for Pennsylvania.

If the suspensions are no longer appearing, this would indicate that state (PA) has moved the storing of this data to a different location (A new Database Extension and field names).
The PSCB Suspension report will not report suspensions stored in this new location.

Suspension List
Virginia has recently begin to use the Incident Management module instead of the Log Entry page. We have 14 subcodes under an action called Disciplinary Sanction Code^, but only a handful like STS1^ (Short Term Suspension) are pulling on the list output. A team at Central Office is hoping to use this list to identify students that have been reported with expulsion (EX1 and EX2).

Incident Details Popup missing Description
When I run the "Students Incidents Summary" report and click on the link for a particular incident I get the popup window "Incident Details". However, the incident Description box is always blank and does not display the full description. Also, it would be ideal to be able to print the incident detail info as I do not see a way to do so from the built-in Incident Mgmt functionality.

If the description is blank on the popup window, this would indicate that the no description was entered when the incident was created.

Student Incident Count Never Loads
We have updated versions of the base resources and the home page and version 1.1 for these incident reports. We are on PowerSchool 21.11.3, but the Student Incident Count report never loads. This report is perfect for what we need, but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas? I have checked the security/permissions and they are good. I can get to the report and adjust the filters and click submit, but then it just goes to "loading" and it never actually loads. We eventually get a "This site can't be reached" error page. Thanks for the help!

Sorry I'm just seeing this reply.
I'm running the report at the school level. I tried it with the whole school enrollment (500ish students), then with one grade level at that school (150ish), then with a gender within one grade level (70ish) and finally with a group of 10 students. I got the same time-out issue in all instances.

Now it seems to be even worse and multiple reports won't generate at the school level. For instance, incident search and incident count reports are coming up that there are no records, but there are incidents at the school for sure. Thank you for any ideas/help.

So I just tested this. The reports run at one school, but won't at another. The school for which the reports do not run is good about entering all discipline events in incidents so they have 300+ incidents this year. I'm wondering if the report can't search that number of incidents? The school where the reports run just fine has less than a third of the incidents so far this year.

Student Incident Count Never Loads - Reply 3
Hi Rob,
I figured out why the incident search would not load for the middle school. It looks like we had an incident with a description with 4,772 characters. Once I took the description for the incident out, the incident search report would work.
I'm still trying to figure out the Student Incident Count Report. Thank you for your help!
