report showing up blank
I have installed this today and the report is showing blank for students I know have incidents from the previous school year. Maybe it has to do with security group settings at our school? How do I change that if that may be the problem?

You need go to Group Security and set the permissions for the Incident Types you want the group to be able to view.

Attendance and Incidents
Is there a way to easily cross-reference attendance and incidents? Specifically those that have attendance codes (i.e. ISS and OSS)? Might that be something that could be worked into an update for this report or the attendance report?

Add Participants (Reporters)?
Any way to add the reporters, from the incident builder, to the summary?

Add Participants (Reporters)? - Reply
PSCB Development has no plans to add reporter to the summary list. That information is available by clicking an individual incident ID.

Confirm that the plugin is enabled.
If the link still does not appear, that would indicate that you have a previously customized more2.html file in CPM. This could be preventing the link from appearing.

Roles Security
Does the security for this plugin work with PS Roles? I set up an Incident Management security group and created an Incident Management role in PowerSchool. I installed the plugin, assigned group and page permissions to allow the Incident Management security group/role full access to the page. As Administrator I can view the page. End users who have been assigned the Role of Incident Management can view the page but can't view the details unless I change their Group to Incident Management. Thank you for any insight you can provide.

PowerSchool 21.4
Does this plug-in work with PowerSchool version 21.4? I have deleted the plug-in and reinstalled and still not seeing it as an option in our Custom Reports. I have also checked the security settings to verify the access to Incident Management. It was working with our previous versions.

The PSCB - Customization (Student Incidents Summary) is a student page customization. After installing and enabling the plugin a "Incidents Summary" link will appear on the left navigation menu for each student.

The Incidents Summary View
Is there anyway you could limit the summary to only display the incident behaviors and actions that associated with the selected student? Currently, it is displaying for all of the student associated with that incident which is really confusing.

The Incidents Summary View - Review
The summary is designed to display all behaviors and actions assigned to the students that are tied to the incident.
Currently they can not be filtered to display only those for the student be viewed.

incident time
Good morning. We have been using this plug in for a while, and are very impressed. A question came up at a counseling meeting today - can we see incident time on this summary? Right now, we need to use the incident management screens to see time, but having it here would be ideal when tracking student behavior (we are a special education setting, and sometimes knowing the time frame helps us narrow down contributing factors of student behavior we are trying to shape). Our counselors typically print this screen, having the time data appear would make things easier as they would only need to print one report. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
