Reports not available
Hello,
I followed all of the instructions to install this plugin, as well as the PSCB - Base Resources and PSCB - Custom Reports (_Home Page) plugins, however I am still not seeing these reports. I have a Custom Reports tab, but the only thing that is listed is PDS Setup. I also do not see a PSCB Custom Reports link on the left navigation menu, whether I am in the District, or an actual school. Can you help me figure out what I did wrong?
Thank you!

First check to confirm the plugins have been enabled.
If the PSCB Custom Reports link does not appear in the left navigation menu, you most likely have a customized version of the wildcard file: admin_nav_menu_left_css.txt.
This customized version may need to updated or removed to allow the PSCB Custom Reports link to appear.

I'm having the same issue. Where do we go to correct this? I'm totally good with removing it if it's needed.

You need to go into CPM and check to see if you have a customized admin_nav_menu_left_css.txt file. If it is customized you need to update or delete the customization.
***** Be sure to make a copy of the file before you make any changes.

App logins?
Does this track app logins? Or is there a way to do that?

admin_nav_menu_left_css.txt
Hello,
What's this file doing?
May I change its name to something like admin_nav_menu_left_css_OLD.txt
instead of removing it, just in case
Thank you,
Alla Alali

Access through Unified Classroom
Do these reports capture logins through the Unified Classroom Interface (classroom.powerschool.com)?

Inconsistent Login Counts
I've been comparing counts from these PSCB reports to the Parent/Student Access Statistics that PS SIS supplies as well as the Report of Sign-In Attempts in the System Administrator area. The results are inconsistent at best and sometimes can't be tied together at all. I think I'm doing things correctly. Tried to tie them together many different ways.
Even the login attempts between PSCB reports is inconsistent. In one example for 11/17-11/18 I get 36 students with parent login attempts when using Guardian/Student Login Count. Then if I use Public Portal - Accounsts Accessed (Selected Date Range) I get 55 students with parent login attempts.
I would love to see a very simple report which just show Access Account, Student Account, Date, Time of Access, User Type. Basically a dump of the login attempts like the Report of Sign-In Attempts does but with the ability to export to CSV and some extra information like Contact Name and Student Name.
BTW, the reports use the term "guardian" but it appears that it is really looking at all contacts with an Access Account. I have a test account who only has an access account and it appears in these reports.

Mobile App log in count
Thank you for creating these reports, they are very useful. When running the reports, I have noticed I am only getting log in data for the Public portal. Is there a report with the mobile app log ins?
