Description

This plugin is a customization of the List Students report.

The customization adds the following features to the parameters page.

• Provides option for 12 column reports.
• The Powerschool built-in report parameters are removed and replaced with an enhanced set of PSCB options.

The customization adds the following format features to the results page.

• Total Records Count
• Multi-Column Sorting
• Column Filters
• HTML 5 Buttons (Copy Data - Export CSV File - Make Current Student Selection)
• Report Generation Date

Additional Plugin Requirement

The following PSCB plugins should be installed prior to the installation of this customization.

PSCB - Base Resources

Installation
Install in System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

Do not unzip the plugin. Install the entire zip file. Be sure to enable the plugin once it's installed.

If you are updating, you can now click on the Plugin name and then use the Update button, and then browse to the new file and click Submit and it will then load the update and then ask you to enable it.

Instructions:
Select a school and go to the Powerschool start page.
Select a group of students.
From the Group Functions Menu: Select List Students.
Enter the report parameters.
Click Submit.

My School dean is requesting for a listing of students randomly assigning them to random groups in PowerSchool. I know this can be done in Excel Spreadsheet, is it possible to provide a listing of this also in powerschool including a screen display and the ability to export? Thanks.

Currently there is no method available for saving lists.

Can there be an option to save to PDF added? The List Staff plugin has that option.

What I am finding peculiar is that the List Students prints correctly when I and others generate it but when a specific user generates the reports, it's separates each line of date. We have changed browsers and it still occurs. Since it is only this individual, I assumed it had something to do with her security level but the report pints fine for others under that group. How can this be rectified?

Have you tried having the user run the report on a different computer. If that does not work, I would not have an explanation for the issue you have encountered.
