| Title | Revision Date | Functionaility |
|---|---|---|
| Forward Users 2 Bullentin v 2.0 | 02-11-2008 |
Forces a PowerTeacher or PowerSchool Public users to go to the bullentin page the first time the log in. |
| Public Login Tracker V 1.0 | 02-08-2008 |
Tracks Parent/Student login information changes. Also combines login information with the net/phone access page so all parent/student login information is located in one page. |
| Quick Students Stats Page V 2.0.1 | 10-08-2008 |
Quick Students Stats Page For Premier 5.2 or higher This set of pages allows a user to get a quick look into the student’s current school grades statistics. The 1st graph shows is a pie chart of the selected students daily attendance, the chart will show Present, Absent and Tardy totals, based on your attendance code setup. The 2nd graph shows the current (not stored) students grades using current term display and the corresponding classes’ averages. The graph will only show classes that are set to be stored. |
| Parent Standards View V 2.0 | 01-27-2009 |
Allows a parent or student to see the student's standards grade history. Standards pull dynamically and a key is created dynamically as well. A page on the admin side has been edited to make it easy to identify what grade level each standard is associated with. Now will only show grade levels for which the student has standards stored. |
| Emergency Medical Pages | 08-06-2008 |
UPDATE: Added Ht/Wt file. I apologize for missing this file initially. Please download file separately. This is a good emergency / medical page, expanded a lot from what comes with PS. There are separate tabs for different areas, and validations for dates, etc. There is a dependency on some state supplied scripts, so I'm not sure if it will work out of the box with other states, but since all PS Servers have all the state pages, I assume there are scripts included on all PS Servers as well. |
| Parent Standards View V 1.0 | 11-29-2007 |
Allows a parent or student to see the student's standards grade history. Standards pull dynamically and a key is created dynamically as well. The page assumes some standards Identity standards so check to make sure your standards format matches or edit the tlist_sql to match your format. |
| Icon Control V 3.1 | 01-15-2007 |
This customization is obsolete, you should use the Enhanced Parent Portal instead Allows a school or district to show or hide icons on the public portal. The solution now cleans up the automatic e-mail page options when those options are hiden from normal view and displays a message when the grade & attendance page is hidden. Incorporates Roger Sprik's customization that allows a student to submit course requests just one time. |
| Web Gradebook Assignment Upgrade V 2_7 - Obsolete | 05-12-2009 |
With PowerSchool 5.2 and higher these pages are no longer needed and can be removed. I may try to update it with some new features. However the stock pages cover so much of this add-on its really not worth using. Important - 2.1 has a significant change that requires you to read the instructions included in the Download. |
| Parent Portal Student Directory | 07-19-2010 | |
| Enhanced Parent Portal V 2.04 | 05-25-2010 |
Please Note; IMPORTANT - PowerSchool no longer allows students to edit their own student record. Because of this 1x Class Registration ONLY works when logged in as a Guardian. Students will have full Class Registration ability if 1x is enabled. I am unsure of what version this happened in, just fyi. This is a new Parent Portal with more options for student screens. |
