Dashboards

The Dashboard features in PowerSchool are very exciting. Those of us (and it IS more than just Jason) at PowerDataSolutions have worked on and created many new portlets for the dashboards as well as new dashboards all together. We will be adding these as soon as we can write up directions that accurately describe how to add them to your district's PowerSchool system. Stay tuned for dashboard updates.

A set of files that will chart the assignments across the class and chart a single students chart. This report uses the new version of Fusion Charts available in 5.2.1

Understanding Charts
Assignment Chart
• The colored lines in the assignment chart indicate where the percentage the point preceding it it
• Blue 80% and greater
• Yellow between 80% and 60%
• Red below 60%
• A break in the line indicates that a score has not been entered for that student

Student Chart
• The blue line is the score the student received
Custom Reports Bundle 1.0.6 (beta) 01-27-2010

Custom Reports Bundle is designed to allow you to update all of the reports for version 6.x of PowerSchool in one download. It includes brand new screens to replace the custom reports home package from PowerSchool 5.x and lower, all the reports referenced are included in the bundle, and some new reports are included.
AUGIE Dashboard System 03-22-2010

These set of custom pages allow user to quickly create dashboard items by simply entering sql statements using the PowerSchool web interface. You can create 4 types of Portlet’s; Chart, Lists, Validate and External. There are 5 premade portlets you can import to play with and customize.
