AlertNow Attendance Export 05-13-2010

This Reporting Engine report will automatically upload the daily attendance to AlertNow to enable automated nightly attendance calls to the parents for a specified building.

1. Save the attached file to your computer
2. Go to System (under Setup) -> Import Report Template
3. Click on Choose file
4. Find the report on your computer and choose it
5. Click on the Import button
6. Click on Reports
7. Click on Engine
8. Click on Setup
9. Click on HS Attendance Export
10. Scroll down to the bottom and set your account settings for your AlertNow account
Quick Lookup Attendance Comments 05-10-2010

Pages for both admins and teachers that add attendance comments to the page that appears after meeting attendance numbers are clicked on from the quick lookup screens. Be sure to read the readme on where to copy the files and a line of code to adjust to make the pages work for your district.
Meeting Attendance Lists 05-10-2010

This customization allows admins to view meeting attendance information for a student for the year in an easy-to-read list. The screen shows attendance comments in addition to other attendance information. The download file also includes a teacher version.

Two reporting engine reports that use to be on sisresources.com that show student attendance detail information. Be sure to read the readme file for important information about the reports.
Daily Attendance Summary with Subtotals V 1.1 10-29-2009

Daily Attendance By Date, Code, School Report will report the attendance counts by code, by date, and by school for one school or the entire district. Users can pick the date range, if they want present codes, absent codes or both, and if to view just one school or the entire district. Subtotals by Present/Absent, School, and Day.

Teacher Attendance Submission Status Modification 10-23-2009

Summary:
This customization modifies the results of the teacher attendance submission status page. Any class sections or courses that are marked to exclude from ADA calculations will also be ignored by the status. The status icon colors are updated to reflect the proper status as the sections are ignored. The details popup windows are altered to reflect what class sections are being ignored by this modification.

Oracle Version: Premier report displaying student attendance for a given time length as a printable list. Will display daily and meeting attendance.

V 1.1: Fixed printability for IE. Should now print correctly.

Added labels at the top of each table describing the data that was searched for in that table.

Monthly Attendance Review 06-24-2009

Description:
This customization allows teachers to review monthly meeting attendance for their classes. Includes a print feature with signature line for teacher validation of student attendance. This customization is accessed through the backpack links in PowerTeacher.

Features:
-Monthly(calendar months) attendance view for student meeting attendance in all sections belonging to teacher.
-Uses AJAX methods so attendance information is loaded into the screen without having to navigate to a whole new page.
