Attendance

Class Attendance w/Daily Attendance view 10-05-2007

Updates teacher attendance page to display the daily attendance for the section being worked on. Also displays the daily attendance for the entire school at the bottom of the page. Notifies user if attendance has already been taken for that section. Place page in web_root/teachers folder.
Attendance Today for Teachers Report V 1.1 11-28-2007

Premier report that allows a teacher to view daily and meeting attendance for the current date or a different date for the entire school (not district). User can change date and turn off daily or meeting attendance.
Student Attendance List Report V 1.1 02-29-2008

Premier report displaying student attendance for a given time length as a printable list. Will display daily and meeting attendance.

Missing Attendance V 1.1 02-29-2008

Report showing teacher's who have not taken attendance for the current date. Ignores sections with zero students and sections that have the "Exclude from Attendance" box checked or whose course setup has the "Exclude from Attendance" box checked. Place report in admin/reports folder.
District/School Daily Attendance Summary V 1.1.2 02-29-2008

Premier report a summary of daily attendance by school for a single day or a range of day. Displays percentage of students not absent for the day.
Attendance Frequency Report V 2.3.2 02-29-2008

Premier report that allows a user to search for students who have a minimum number of attendance records during a given time period. User sets Start date, end date, frequency, and code(s) to use.
One Stop Attendance V 2.2 03-07-2008

Sybase Version: Attendance screen that allows for the search and edit of attendance records all from one screen. Users can search for attendance by code, all codes, daily, meeting, all present codes, all absent codes, etc.

V 2.0: Initial public release.
V 2.1: Updated attendancetoday.html to take account for blank present codes. Previously would not return any data if the present code was a blank (as powerschool recommends). Now will display present records correctly.

Student Attendance List Report V 1.2 05-16-2008

Sybase Version: Premier report displaying student attendance for a given time length as a printable list. Will display daily and meeting attendance.

V 1.0: Initial Release
V 1.1: Fixed printability for IE. Should now print correctly.
V 1.2: Added attendance key at the bottom of the report.
Added labels at the top of each table describing the data that was searched for in that table.
i.e. Daily Attendance for Test, Student from 5/1/2008 to 5/16/2008
Student Attendance Count Report V 1.2 06-03-2008

Sybase Version: Premier report displaying counts of attendance by student, year and attendance type (daily or meeting).

V 1.0: Initial Release
V 1.1: Fixed printability for IE. Should now print correctly.
V 1.2: Added row counter so users can see how many records are returned.
