Displays who made every change to a single student's attendance. Put this file in the PowerSchoolPremier/data/custom/web_root/admin/students/studentpages directory.

You can view it by pulling up a student and clicking on the Custom Screens link under the Information section.

Current School Year?

Submitted by perry2020 on Mon, 10/06/2008 - 11:08am

This works great except that it only seems to show information for the 2006-2007 school year. I have checked that the term at the top of my screen is correct. I have confirmed that the students I'm looking at should show data in the 2008-2009 school year. I've looked at the code on the page but nothing sticks out to me as being the cause.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

That report is not term

That report is not term dependent, it pulls all data for a student from all buildings that the student was enrolled in. The only thing that I can guess at is it only pulls the ATT_Mode_Daily records. It doesn't report on the Meeting attendance, only the Daily attendance.

You're right, nothing wrong

You're right, nothing wrong with the page at all. I had unchecked the Audit attendance records box for the school after the 06-07 school year so no recent data had been stored in the Audit Log. Hard to view it if it's not there...

Thanks for the page, I'm sure it will work well for us now that we're auditing the changes again.

This works fine in IE but not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

Thank you,

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure. I use it with Firefox on the Mac and it works perfectly.
