Weekly Attendance Review

Description:
This customization allows teachers to review weekly meeting attendance for their classes. Includes a print feature with signature line for teacher validation of student attendance. This customization is accessed through the backpack links in PowerTeacher.

Features:
-Weekly(5 day work week) attendance view for student meeting attendance in all sections belonging to teacher.
-Uses AJAX methods so attendance information is loaded into the screen without having to navigate to a whole new page.
-Attendance codes or special attendance information shown based on calendar schedule for the class section.
-Print button allows for easy printing of attendance info and signature line that can be used by teachers if school requires teacher validation of weekly attendance.

PowerSchool v6 Note:
Tested on PS6 and works fine without any modifications.

-Fixed bugs in data query.
-Reduced query complexity.

v1.2
-Updated query to pull data similar to how Monthly Attendance Review works.

Calendar not matching days of the week

Hi Brett, I've been comparing the Monthly Attendance Review (which works for us-awesome) and the Weekly Attendance Review (which doesn't work for us). I notice the Monthly Att. has the correct dates while the Weekly Attendance does not.

For example
Monthly Att. Review has Jan. 1, 2010 starting Friday (correct)
Weekly Att. Review has Jan. 1 starting on a Wednesday (wrong)

Could this be related to why the Weekly Attendance Review shows the headings but not the students?

Weekly view still not working

I still can not figure this out. The monthly review works perfectly. I still can not get the weekly view to show the students and their attendance.
I have even replace everything that was in the newest zip file, just to make sure.

Just showing just the header

Hi, I still can't get the students and attendance to show. It just shows the header. Monthly attendance review works perfectly. I see that other districts are making this work so what I am doing wrong? No difference on schools with A days only and with schools with A-B days.

ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (Our auditors want weekly attendance). Thank you so much!

PS. when I uploaded the JSQuery object into custom page management, it appended .js to read jquery.min.js. I hand-loaded it so the naming was jquery.min but no difference.

Still not showing correctly for a-b days

I just uploaded the newest version of the weekly attendance.
Still the same problem
It show ALL student not scheduled when there should be attendance codes in the grid for them.
This occurs for our a-b day classes
The weekly report works perfectly when we have a only or b only classes.

The monthly attendance web page works perfectly

Header Row Shows

I can't seem to get the class list to show or the attendance. I see the header row with the dates. Monthly Attendance view works perfectly.
This is for Day 1, and 2 classes, as well as every day classes.

Student's show as not scheduled

We are on PS version 6 and this report works great for the schools not on a rotation schedule. However, the schools on a rotation schedule show the students as "Not Scheduled" when they are marked as Present, even though they are scheduled.

This is not a problem with the monthly attendance review report you did.

Any ideas on how this can be resolved would be greatly appreciated.

It seems to be still doing the same. I noticed that the modification dates on all of the files had not changed, just the pdf and the dates of the scripts and images folders.
