I would really appreciate some help if someone has some time....I'm trying to get our transcripts printing test scores properly and am having some trouble....the following are the main issues:

1. When choosing to print the "best" score, I need to have it look at the best composite score and then print the associated sub-scores regardless of whether or not they are the best.

2. Our transcript is set up for students that have taken the ACT test more than once...however, we do have kids that have only taken it once so far....for those students, I need the second area for the test scores to be blank instead of filled with zeros. I know it's a decode piece but can't figure it out.

3. I'd like to have the credits attempted, earned and the cumm gpa print for each grade break on the transcript.

I'm going to answer #3 first. This is how I did this, but keep in mind I am a powerschool newbie and still have much to learn, so it might not be the best answer out there.

We have a "credit/GPA section" on our report card. It has its own area that breaks down each grade level. It has Grade Level, potential credit, earned credit, and GPA by year. My coding is below:

08^^(*potential_credit_hours;8)^(*credit_hours;8)^(*gpa method="unweighted" type="cumulative" term ="YR" grade="8" )

I then repeat this with page breaks replacing the 8 with each grade level I wanted to display. That way each grade her their own line. I also put a cumulative potential, earned and GPA at the bottom of this area on my transcript.
