Stored Searches – Customization

This customization of Stored Searches allows individual user to create Stored Searches for the school he/she is logged into and/or for private viewing only. This means that searches stored with the user’s name will be only visible to that user. And searches stored at school level will be visible to all the users of that school. If a search is created at the district level that it is visible to ALL the schools in the PS. The Stored Searches can only be deleted or modified by the person who created it or the admin person designated in the customization file. Each heading is a collapsible group. That means if you click the heading it will either expand or contract depending on the visibility of the group. This is to minimize the clutter on the screen. Also, each group is visible only if there are entries in it. Please look at the PDF file for screen shots.
