Tabs Historical by Grade

There is a customization for All Enrollments which tabs Course enrollments by Years/Grade levels.

Could Standards be Historically stored by tabs Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 or by Year 07-08, 08-09,09-10,

re: Tabs Historical by Grade

By year is probably possible but in most instances by grade is not. We took some time to develop our standards so a certain setting indicated the grade, but that could change by district so its not really possible until someone decides to put grade level as a field in standards set up. I'll see what Ic an do about the other though...

Jason, Would it be possible

Jason,

Would it be possible to pull the grade from the previous enrollments table where the years match, say for the 2009-2010 school year, if the student had two enrollments for the school year - I would think the most recent enrollment might work. Just an idea, but without some playing around to see what all the complications of doing such a match.

Re: Jason, Would it be possible

Michael, you might want to check out the enhanced parent portal. I actually have something like this built in now and it's completely dynamic based on the standards stored for that student.

Stop giving me good ideas when I'm supposed to be doing boring stuff! Yeah, I think I've got it covered... Let me look.

Comments on Standards Page in Parent Portal

Is there any way to get the rubric "grade" comments to appear on the Standards page. This is a great fix for displaying the rubric "grade" but the comments that are connected to the "grade" do not appear. Thanks again for all you do on this site and for any help you can give.
