Low Grades RE Reports

Reporting engine reports that quickly find students with low grades. Can be run for grades or percents / numbers. There are four reports in the zip file:

Low Current Grades: allows you to search based on either all students at the school or just the current selection, useful if you only want to search by grade level, such as just the 12th graders

Low Current Grades - SA: allows you to search based on either all students at the school or students involved in an activity, the activity list includes only those activities that were set up as current school only

Low Current Grades - AA: allows you to search based on either all students at the school or students involved in an activity, the activity list includes both current school only type and district-wide type

Low Stored Grades: allows you to search for low stored grades (letter grades only)

Low Stored Grades report

I loaded this report but am only getting column headers. We only use percentage grades, but not sure why no data appears on the report.

If you have numbers in the Grades field in the records of the StoredGrades table (you could use DDE to view the records) then it won't work because this report only looks for records with letter grades in that field.

Is it feasible for me to tweak the report to include percentages instead of letter grades?

Let me play around with it and see if I can't make it similar to the current grades one where one can choose either letter grades or percents. I'll probably end up copying that one and making the copy look at stored grades rather than trying to tweak the stored grades one. I'll upload the final version when I have it finished.
