Live Side Student Free Report

Live Side Student Free Report (Oracle)
This new report displays student free periods. Users can search by student, grade level, team, period, rotation day or any combination of them. The user must select a date to search which means you can search months into the future. This allows for finding free periods after courses are dropped as well.

Thank you very much for this report - my *not_enrolled_in_period doesn't work for day 2. I got a list of kids, but I am wondering how to make them my "current selection" so I can mass enroll them into study hall.

I wrote up a how-to in a comment for a log entries customization - http://www.powerdatasolutions.org/content/discipline-log-entries-date-ra... - you should be able to use it or look at the customization to see how to make students a current selection for almost any customization.

Getting Page not found Error

Jason, It looks like after I hit submit on the page it's looking for a page called livestudentfree2 which doesn't exist. The only place I can find the reference to this page is when I view source from the livestudentfree.html page directly from the browser (Firefox). When I open the .html file with sharepoint there's no reference to it at all.
Am I missing something?

With the total lack of reports from the live side of scheduling, this report saved me many days of headaches (and phone calls from the schools!!!)
