Grades Information by Course V 2.1

This new report allows a user to look up all grades for a particular course. The term the user is in determines what sections are pulled. This means that changing a term to a previous year will pull up grades from past years. The store codes pulled will be the same store codes that are set up for the verification screens. Results are sorted by Teacher, course number, section number, then student's name.

V 1.0 (01/24/2008)
– Initial Release

– Fixed printability for IE. Should now print correctly.

V 2.0 (08/04/2008)
– Updated for Oracle

V 2.1 (10/21/2008)
– Page headers print on all pages

Followed Directions - Still no grades

I am running version 6.1.0 (Jan 2010 update) and I do not see any grades. I only see 6 columns -(teacher, course, course number, grade level, student and last updated) I followed the directions to create the misc-disrict2.html page and the box is CHECKED. I also restarted Powerschool, but it doesn't seem to help.

You likely have not enabled the advanced tlist_sql functions. They've been blocked unless you change a setting starting in 5.2.0.9. PowerSource article #55553 (as described on the post prior to yours) has the solution. There is also a customization here on pds that puts the fix in a checkbox so you just have to check it after installing it. That can be found here

No Grades - Update

I found the article #55553 on the PowerSource website. By running that procedure, I was able to fix the problem that I was having.

I get a column for teacher, course, course number, grade level, student and last updated ... I don't see anything for the actual grade. Would you know what I might be doing wrong?
