Are you saying if I download this it will give detail of the fee's instead of stating "SOY"??

With the newest version yes.

Do you know why even when a student has a balance the field at the top right named "Balance" is blank. I would expect it to display the same dollar amount as the last "Total" line??

Hello,

Payments are going in for the fee transaction year instead of the current year. Please let me know how to fix this. I now have to go back to all transactions recently entered and fix their year id, and then fix the transactions and balances.

Thanks,

Lorena

Lorena,

Did you get a fix for this? We are experiencing the same thing. Is there a way to mass update these errors?

Thanks!

Will this show fees from previous schools?

I have applied the Fees Enhancement customization (very helpful!), and for some students we are seeing the words "Not Available" under the Transaction column. Below, I've pasted in the info' from one student's screen.

Any idea where I should look to resolve this?

Date Year School Course Fee Type Priority Description Charged Adjust. Fee Paid Balance Transaction
05/15/2013 2012-2013 Neal Registration 1 2013-14 Reg fee 70.00 0.00 70.00 70.00 0.00 Not Available

We are currently on 7.9.1.2. We are going to give this a whirl.
Thanks,
Bonnie
