EOY Checker Custom Page

The EOY Checker custom page will check for students with possible errors with regards to next year grade level and next year school. Students with possible errors will have the errors highlighted in yellow. The page can either show just those students with possible errors or all the students in the school. An admin can click on the name of a student on the report and will be taken to the scheduling setup screen for that student where the admin can make changes to the next school or grade (the eoy checker page would then have to be refreshed to show any changes).

The criteria for the checks are as follows:

Next year grade - if the next year grade level is less than the current grade level, the same as the current grade level, or more than one grade higher than the current grade level (with the exception of going from 12 to 99), students who are being retained or promoted more than one grade will appear on the report and can be ignored as possible errors

Next school - checks for no next school, the wrong next school will not be highlighted (for example, graduated students for a freshman) so an admin should still use the next school group function to set the right school for students
