Discipline Log Reports

A couple reporting engine reports that create discipline log entries reports per student based on a date range entered by the admin. These reports only look at log entries and not incident management entries.

When viewed on the screen there is a small gap between students but when printed the information will have page breaks between students. The original report does not report subtype information, however, there is a version in the subtypes folder which will let you show subtypes as well or search for specific ones.

Be sure to read the readme carefully. It contains information regarding how to load the report(s). Also, the reports use the WITH option and tlist_sql, so you may need to apply the fix from http://www.powerdatasolutions.org/content/fix-tlistsql-error-5209 if you haven't already done so.
