Daily Attendance Lists

This customization allows admins to view daily attendance information for a student for the year in an easy-to-read list. The screen shows attendance and time comments in addition to other attendance information. The download file also includes a teacher version.

To view the information, an admin would choose a student, click on the Custom Screens link, and then the Daily Attendance Info. A teacher would view the page by clicking on the backpack for the section and choosing Daily Attendance Info from the student screens drop-down menu. The information that appears is based on the year of the current term at the top of the page. On the admin screen, data will be displayed from the current school and any other school on the server with daily attendance data for the student, and changing the term at the top of the screen to previous years will display any data that exists in the database from those years. On the teacher screen, attendance information will appear only for the current year and the current school.
