Current Comments and Grades V 2.2

This report is school based and will display the current comments and grades from the teacher's gradebooks.

V 1.0 (01/14/2008)

Incomplete listing

When I run this report for all teachers, it only returns results for some teachers and not for others. I verified by looking at the teachers' gradebooks that they have entered in comments. Has anyone else encountered this situation?

Missing files in zip

This report didn't work on my server at first, then I found out I was missing files that are included in the common includes package.

Almost all new reports on PDS will use includes. So once you download and install the common includes you should have to do it again. This helps us with the 32K page limit and so we don't need to code for formatting.

No Comments or Grades appear

I have installed the page and created the link but when I select a teacher and click Submit nothing happens. It appears that the submit button is not doing aything. There are no errors associated with the page. Help...Please

Select previous term

I agree that it would be great to have the ability to run this exact report layout but with past term data. The guidance department does not normally start to check grades and comments until after the term ends. Teachers are usually given a week after the end of the term to complete their grades and assignments. Thanks again for all you do:)

The page reads the "Current Grade Display" and the Term your in. So if you don't change the current grade display right away and change the term in the header you will see the past term grade.

Ability to select previous terms

Thanks for all of your great customizations.

Any chance of adding the ability to select previous terms comments on this page? You can always go to the current grade display area, but it adds an extra step for the secretaries who need to run this type of report.

Hi,
I'm having trouble with the Teacher Comments report. I click Submit and nothing happens. Is there anything that I should do to connect the page to my database? The report used to work back in 5.2.0.3 but hasn't worked since our upgrade to 5.2.0.10. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do to get the report to work? Here's what I have done already:

1. Reloaded the HTML page
2. Enabled TLIST on the PS Server

Current Term Comments

This report is great but we find that it is most helpful right after the term ends to verify that teachers have entered a grade comment. Thanks so much for ALL of your great reports!!
