Copying information from PDS

I am new to PowerSchool so I am building documentation. Sometimes when I find a useful article on PowerDataSolutions I am able to copy it to MSWord and store it in my documentation area. However, some pages do not copy well - they seem to have "boxes" on the right side - maybe table cells???

Is there a way to copy content without getting those?
