All Enrollment Tabs V 1.1

Having one spot for all the sections a student has ever been enrolled in is great, but after a few years that list gets really long. Especially if you schedule students in more than just homeroom each year. All enrollments tabs is a edit of the existing all enrollments page combined with the tabs feature of the reports page.

Enhanced Parent Portal V 2.04

Please Note;
Version 1.3 is for Pro->5.2
Version 1.4.1.1 is for PS 6.0.X.X
Version 1.53 is only for 6.1.X.
Version 2.0+ is only for 6.2+

IMPORTANT - PowerSchool no longer allows students to edit their own student record. Because of this 1x Class Registration ONLY works when logged in as a Guardian. Students will have full Class Registration ability if 1x is enabled. I am unsure of what version this happened in, just fyi.

This is a new Parent Portal with more options for student screens.

Student Request Letters V 1.03

The pages included in this package will allow you to mass print Student Request Letters. Simply select the students you want to print then navigate to /admin/reports/schedule/studcoursereqprefs.html. After navigating to this page you will have a few options. You can enter text that you would like to display at the bottom of the page, as well as control the sort order. Based on Roger Sprik’s Access version.

Teacher Recommendation Enhancement for PS 6.1

Currently when a Teacher goes to enter a Student Recommendation the auto complete lists all courses in the district. The course can even be active or inactive.

This modifies the auto complete to only show the currently active course list for that students next_school.

This is intended for PS 6.1+

Student Assignment List V1

This custom page allows Parents and Students to see a entire list of the Students Assignments from the current term. Shows all assignments for all Teachers and Courses, also shows scores and late, missing indicators and such. The page defaults to showing the last 2 weeks of assignments but can be changed to show Past Week, Month and Term.

Easy Schedule Student Search V 1.0

Have you ever felt that it was too hard to remember all the different rules for searching students on their scheduling parameters? This customization helps users by giving them the ability to select values from drop downs that correspond the items they are really trying to search by. For example, it lists all the schedule teams by their name, and will then put the schedule team's ID in the search bar for the user. The page should work on all PowerSchool 5.x and up servers and will dynamically populate the drop downs with your values.

Student Attendance List Report V 2.5

Oracle Version: Premier report displaying student attendance for a given time length as a printable list. Will display daily and meeting attendance.

V 1.0: Initial Release
V 1.1: Fixed printability for IE. Should now print correctly.
V 1.2: Added attendance key at the bottom of the report.
Added labels at the top of each table describing the data that was searched for in that table.
i.e. Daily Attendance for Test, Student from 5/1/2008 to 5/16/2008

Graduation Progress 1.5 (Oracle)

An enhanced Graduation Progress screen to replace the built-in one. Version 1.5 is a product of the AUGIE 2009 conference.

FEATURES:
- ALL current and future courses included, which allows senior grad checks immediately in the fall.
- Shows credit completed value
- Shows "Projected" completion status
- Current grades are displayed
- At risk and failing grades can be highlighted

Version 1.5 improvements:
- Updated for Oracle
- Storing of partial credit now accounted for
- Wildcards eliminated, easier installation
- User-defined "at risk" and "failing" grade highlighting

Find Me Alert 2.1

There are many times when we need to find out where a student is at the current moment in time. Normally it’s a bit of a process where you need to search for the student, look at his/her schedule for the current date, figure out what period you are in, then figure out where that student is during that period. Well this alert makes it much easier. With this alert you can see exactly where the student is supposed to be at the current moment in time.

Parent Standards View V 2.0

Allows a parent or student to see the student's standards grade history. Standards pull dynamically and a key is created dynamically as well. A page on the admin side has been edited to make it easy to identify what grade level each standard is associated with.

Now will only show grade levels for which the student has standards stored.
