Teacher/Staff Force Password Security v 3.2

Pages to force password rules on teacher and admin passwords. Allows districts to force users to change passwords after a given number of days if they choose. Forces paswords to NOT contain first or last name of the user. Disctircts can choose to force a minimum number of characters for the password, at least 1 letter, at least 1 number, at least 1 upper case letter, and/or at least 1 non-alphanumeric character. A list of banned words can be created to also force certain words to NOT be included in the password. READ THE DOCUMENTATION VERY CAREFULLY!!

Active Only Staff Export

A reporting engine report that is an alternative to using AutoSend to export staff data for FTP purposes. AutoSend will export both active and inactive staff, while this uses a query to only pull the active staff. See the readme file on how to load the report and run it, as well as how to modify it.

Print Staff Reports V 1.0

In 5.2.x PowerSchool added a group permission option to prevent reports from being printed unless a group was given explicit permission to print a report. This, in my opinion, was a good idea. However, when a user with Read Only writes tries to print a report from the staff menu they do not see the submit button. This is a flaw from Pearson. Changing the group to Read & Write will fix it, but then you’ve given the users access to something you were obviously trying to prevent them from using.

Pages to allow districts to empower many users to help change passwords without allowing them to change user security. Contains the Gradebook options from premier, but will still work with Pro as long as users do not use that field. May want to remove that line if still in Pro.
