sqlReports

sqlReports is an ad hoc reporting add-on that can turn simple to medium sql queries in to web based reports in PowerSchool. Essentially, you would create a sql query in your favorite query tool then copy and paste the query in to sqlReports. sqlReports will help convert the query from multiple columns of raw data to just sql one column with data separated by table cell tags (the tds and /tds). You also can use up to 5 different parameters to make the reporting more flexible.

One Stop Attendance V 3.1

Oracle Version: Attendance screen that allows for the search and edit of attendance records all from one screen. Users can search for attendance by code, all codes, daily, meeting, all present codes, all absent codes, etc.

V 2.0 (01/14/2008)
– Initial Public Release

V 2.1 (01/16/2008)
– Updated attendancetoday.html to take account for blank present codes. Previously would not return any data if the present code was a blank (as powerschool recommends). Now will display present records correctly.

Live Side Teacher Free Report V 1.1

Live Side Teacher Free Report (Oracle)
This new report displays teacher free periods. Users can search by teacher, department, period, rotation day or any combination of them. The user must select a date to search which means you can search months into the future. This allows for finding free teachers during future testing dates (that was my user's first reaction).

Grade Information by Department Report V 2.0

This new report allows a user to look up all grades for a particular department. The term the user is in determines what sections are pulled. This means that changing a term to a previous year will pull up grades from past years. The store codes pulled will be the same store codes that are set up for the verification screens. Results are sorted by Teacher, course number, section number, then student's name.
