Having one spot for all the sections a student has ever been enrolled in is great, but after a few years that list gets really long. Especially if you schedule students in more than just homeroom each year. All enrollments tabs is a edit of the existing all enrollments page combined with the tabs feature of the reports page.

Enhanced Parent Portal V 2.04

Please Note;
Version 1.3 is for Pro->5.2
Version 1.4.1.1 is for PS 6.0.X.X
Version 1.53 is only for 6.1.X.
Version 2.0+ is only for 6.2+

IMPORTANT - PowerSchool no longer allows students to edit their own student record. Because of this 1x Class Registration ONLY works when logged in as a Guardian. Students will have full Class Registration ability if 1x is enabled. I am unsure of what version this happened in, just fyi.

This is a new Parent Portal with more options for student screens.

Teacher/Staff Force Password Security v 3.2

Pages to force password rules on teacher and admin passwords. Allows districts to force users to change passwords after a given number of days if they choose. Forces paswords to NOT contain first or last name of the user. Disctircts can choose to force a minimum number of characters for the password, at least 1 letter, at least 1 number, at least 1 upper case letter, and/or at least 1 non-alphanumeric character. A list of banned words can be created to also force certain words to NOT be included in the password. READ THE DOCUMENTATION VERY CAREFULLY!!

Auto Fill Search V 1.3

Oracle Version: Creates a clickable list on the PowerSchool home page that will automatically fill in the different search functions such as *birthday.

Mass Print Requests Screen (IE only) V 1.1

This customization is intended to improve the mass print counselor screen to add in the ability to print the view current and future course requests screens for a group of students. It is a simple update to the /custom/web_root/wildcards/students_screenselect.txt screen adding in several new options to closer match what you can do in a student's record.

To install:

  1. Take the .txt file and place it in your custom/web_root/wildcards folder.
  2. Log into PowerSchool and navigate to /admin/systemsettings/customization.html
  3. Click submit

Logos for a Test Server

Logos to use with a test server to make it stand out from the live server. Logos are the same PowerSchool logos but in RED. Will work with Pro if you change the names to the pro image names.

Seating Charts V 2.3

IMPORTANT: If you are an ASP customer or otherwise using CPM (Custom Page Management)... be sure to use VERSION 2.3 which moves files out of the flash folder, which apparently is incompatible with CPM.

Seating Charts for Premier. Based on Flash. In use at Valley and working well. Not gradebook dependent, can be used by any PowerTeacher user. Thanks to FusionCharts.com for the flash object and their support of the PowerSchool user community. This is an advanced customization and relies on your ability to manipulate the PhotoFlag field in PowerSchool. Please read the documentation.

Universal Transcript v1.0.5

This customization provides a custom html report that will generate a transcript for students. It may be run for multiple students at a time and it will print to a 8.5" x 11" page. There are several parameters that may be set before running the report that controls the selection of students and how portions of the report will be displayed.

Student Assignment List V1

This custom page allows Parents and Students to see a entire list of the Students Assignments from the current term. Shows all assignments for all Teachers and Courses, also shows scores and late, missing indicators and such. The page defaults to showing the last 2 weeks of assignments but can be changed to show Past Week, Month and Term.
