Who's Logged In

Currently PowerSchool shows you who’s logged into the PowerSchool website. This of course does not help you if there are Staff Members logged into PowerTeacher Gradebook, ReportWorks or PT Admin. The page modifies the existing Login’s screen to show what users are currently authenticated against the DB via Tomcat.

I created this because I needed to install more memory in our server and needed to check that users were not currently submitting data to the database. With this page I can see just that.

Login Report V 2.1

Oracle Version: New report that allows you to search for logins by student, parent, teacher, admin, sub, maintenance or all of the above. You can leave the search fairly open or even drill down to a specific IP address. Check out the readme file for more options.

Sybase Version: Ever wonder when the last time a user logged in? Do you find that some users need to be reset a lot? This customization will add a page to the faculty area in PowerSchool to allow you to see the login history for which ever user you are currently on.

Public Login Tracker V 1.0
