Grades

Various custom pages that allow you to search for grades - current grades or percents, or stored grades:

* gradesreport.html - the grades drop-down has D, F, D's & F's, and I's and the page title says Low Current Grades
* currentgradesreport.html - the grades drop-down has A-F, D's & F's, and I's and the page title says Current Grades, otherwise works the same as the gradesreport.html

This report allows you to view all the sections that have not had a Gradebook update in X number of days. The first time you run the report you set the number of days. Once set the report will show all sections that haven’t had in update in X days. This setting is stored as a school preference and only needs to be set once per school.

This is an easy to run PHP based low grades report for teachers. It is difficult to set up, but it allows my teachers to print out mid term progress notices in 5 minutes or less for all of their students. It also opens up a security hole in PowerSchool. I have this report configured so that it can only be run from within my district to minimize the security hole.

This report allows you to select a student a search for any assignments that Teacher has marked Collected, Missing, Late or Exempt. The report will show the class and the score if one is available.
